Surtabs Help to Prepare Students for Educational, Career Success
Students at École Mère Louise (EML) are happy to keep up with their school work more efficiently, thanks to their use of Surtab tablets. The Android-based tablets are helping to enrich Haiti’s education system.
“Since 2014, EML has been lucky to have this wonderful technology in the school, however, the tablets are now five years old and connectivity can be an issue at times for the students,” said EML’s headmaster. “We currently have about 50 tablets, but, unfortunately, that is not enough to accommodate hundreds of children. Our goal is to create a technology program that will prepare the children for today’s multifaceted careers.”
ITIAH Angels for Learning (IAFL) imagines a day when the school has a full technology laboratory, and that each child will have their own Surtab or tablet. With your support, we are aiming high.
