The Cosmetic Industry is incorporating more and more a corporate social responsibility initiative to their business model. ITIAH Angels Beauty Projects (IABP) were conceived to build a bridge between the industry and underserved markets. To date, these markets have had little to no access to many beauty products that are widely available. The participants of IABP step out of their comfort zone to engage with women in new communities. Their activities create awareness to these markets while fully immersed in new cultural experiences.
Since the initial pilot trip to Haiti, the program has experienced an enormous explosion of growth and interest. People and corporations are driving exploration into new countries. Generous participants, donors and corporate sponsors have realized that by making such small investment into these extended communities, an untapped potential can be unleashed. Contributors to IABP are ambassadors of change. Their generosity will uplift women in every corner so they can become a powerful force in their community and to the world at large.
