The amazing volunteers at Itiah Angels for Learning (IAFL) are fostering a loving relationship with New Jersey Angels. The team will donate a holiday gift basket known as a Love Box to a foster family during the holidays. New Jersey Angels is a non-profit organization with the mission of supporting children, youth, and families in the foster care community. IAFL is excited to collaborate with an organization that shares our same goals towards child welfare. With the holidays only a few months away, IAFL is working towards putting together this Love Box gift basket to be delivered to a foster family.
The purpose of a Love Box is to not only provide support to children and families in the foster community, but also to empower foster caregivers to continue their wonderful efforts. Each Love Box can contain gift/gas cards, household supplies, games, crafts, clothes, shoes, meals, and groceries. Our effort will provide support and compassion to foster families, as well as help children in foster care gain a greater sense of normalcy.
With the holidays being one of the most wonderful times of the year, we are looking forward to this project and supporting New Jersey Angels in their efforts towards making a meaningful impact on people in the foster community. Please ask your friends and families to spread the word and help support IAFL with the Love Box initiative. Our volunteers will provide the items for the Love Box.
