Lydia Prendergast, Ph.D. Associate Dean of Women in Science and Engineering at Douglass Residential College, Rutgers University is a leader with more than two decades of university level experience, recognized for her commitment to innovation, collaboration, integrity, and accountability. Throughout her career, she has empowered and supported STEM students while building strong infrastructures that promote high-impact experiential learning. She is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of hands-on STEM education, she is highly dedicated to creating environments where students are equipped to succeed, thrive, and emerge as leaders in the STEM fields.
Lorne S. Joseph, Ph.D. Director of Engineering at Rutgers-Douglass WiSE. She is a dedicated steward of STEM with a strong passion for supporting and mentoring women in science and engineering. Her research is highly focused on synthesizing materials using a specific method for producing solid materials from small molecules reflecting her commitment to advancing scientific knowledge. An active leader both on campus and in the community, she is deeply devoted to guiding and empowering students. As she transitioned from graduate studies to a professional career, she remained focused on contributing to the scientific community through impactful research and meaningful STEM initiatives.
Asenath Lutabingwa Executive Director of International Faculty and Scholar Services. She is passionate about fostering collaboration and innovation among international faculty and scholars while enriching the academic experience for a diverse faculty community. With more than 25 years of experience in higher education administration, she has built a strong record of advocating for inclusivity and championing diverse environments that empower global talent.
Andre’a M Morgan, Ph.D. Senior Director, Project Management Office Leader-Oral Care R&D. She leads Project Management in Oral Care R&D, specializing in developing tailored methodologies to address the technical complexities of long-term projects. Leveraging expertise in risk assessment, timeline management, and resource allocation, she ensures the successful delivery of superior products and meaningful consumer experiences, all aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
