Tammy is truly deserving of this honor. Throughout her career, she has brought together a strong blend of academic excellence and professional expertise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration. Tammy is the Executive Partner, Senior Vice President at Conner Strong & Buckelew where she has worked for the past eighteen years.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tammy is deeply committed to mentorship and the development of young talent, actively guiding the next generation of leaders. She also demonstrates a strong sense of community and global responsibility through her philanthropic work.
Tammy proudly supports Itiah Angels for Learning, whose mission is to empower young girls in Haiti by providing tuition, school supplies, meals, clean water, and other essential resources to ensure their access to education. Locally, she contributes to the CSB Cares donation program and actively participates in her company’s Community Day volunteer initiatives, where she is making a positive impact in the Camden and Greater Philadelphia areas.
Climbing the ladder of success and being highly focused in philanthropic activities have not stopped Tammy from enjoying life. An avid tennis fan, she has attended several Grand Slam tournaments and even had the unforgettable experience of high-fiving her all time favorite tennis player, Rafa Nadal. She also has a passion for Broadway theatre and international travel, where she embraces the opportunity to experience diverse cultures.
