Looking for a fun way to get moving before the Thanksgiving feast? Lace up your sneakers and join ITIAH Angels for Learning for a FREE kickboxing class at Everson Karate Institute located in Robbinsville!
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or have never thrown a punch in your life, this class is for you. Instructor Ramona Kiss-Durbin will guide participants through an energizing, beginner-friendly workout that builds strength, burns energy and boosts confidence. All fitness levels are welcome, and you can go at your own pace. Participants must be 18 years or older.
This event is about more than exercise. It is about community. We are grateful to Everson Karate Institute for opening its doors and helping us bring neighbors together for a good cause. It is a chance to meet fellow supporters, introduce friends and family to ITIAH, and learn more about our partnership with local high schools and nationwide universities as well as the children we serve at the École Mère Louise school in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
Why kickboxing? Martial arts teach discipline, focus, respect and perseverance, the same values our students practice in the classroom every day. Just as our students push through challenges to learn and grow, this class invites you to push yourself, try something new and discover what you are capable of.
While the class is completely free, we invite participants to “kick it forward” with a donation of any size. Every dollar raised will go directly to supporting education, helping provide school supplies, classroom resources and support for dedicated teachers. Even a small gift can make a meaningful difference in a child’s school year. Here is how you can help make this event a success:
